Job Description:

The Virtual Office Coordinator will support the flow of daily operations in a fully remote environment, serving as the central hub for communication, scheduling, and digital organization. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while supporting a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate virtual meetings, manage calendars, and support communication across departments
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain shared drives, organize digital records, and ensure files are accessible and updated
  • Assist with onboarding activities, documentation collection, and workflow coordination
  • Track deadlines, organize project details, and provide administrative support where needed
  • Serve as the primary remote support contact for team members needing administrative or operational assistance

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote administrative, office coordination, or operations support role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, or Slack
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
